When you register, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. All accounts are authenticated through Google, so we receive your name and email from your Google account.

We collect project details you provide during registration and throughout the project lifecycle, including project address, project type, budget range, desired timeline, and any information entered into questionnaires or forms on the platform.

Uploaded Content

We store files, images, links, and other content you upload to the platform, including inspiration board items, project documents, and communications.

Usage Data

We automatically collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and task completion status to improve your experience and support project tracking.

Partner Information

If you invite a partner or household member to your account, we collect their name, email address, and relationship to you.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the project management platform
• Communicate with you about your project
• Send task assignments and project notifications
• Track project progress and milestones
• Improve the platform and your experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our platform uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Google Authentication — used for all account logins (this is the only login method available)
• Resend — email delivery service for sending invitations and notifications

These providers only access your data as necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase's cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to your project is limited to you, your invited partner, and the Bored Labs admin managing your project.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your project data

Data Retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
